Well drifting is wonderful and that's exactly how I found this exceptional poet to read here. I drifted in and you make hearts rise with your writing old chap.

Excellent poem lionreign..drifting and hopefully not drowning as I am often found to be. Thank you for the visit.

lionreign, graet imagery made all the more real to me...
my wife and I were in a paddle boat on Monday evening, and at times we just let it drift..it was relaxing and yet frightening also..our "challenge" on Monday was to get back to the motel, and not let the wind drift us to the opposite side of the lake (it was quite breezy at times) .....

Some times just drifting is the best...it recharges the batteries
so to write...and that is when we writers often find our most inspirational moments.

Lionreign
The drifting waters like the drifting sands each pass us by no matter where we are. To be the observer and take in the view is a reward for the peaceful soul.Blessings Fema
