I will..but I always reheat at least once, no matter if it was previously frozen then cooked or fresh and cooked

Hi LB. I always wonder about recooking meat after it has been frozen such as turkey etc.Only it always says one shouldn't reheat things. Don't bother but if you ever come across it, I would like to be assured.
