i agree, a friendly smile or a visit, costs nothing, even people with money do this. I dont think it is anything to do with money after all it is usualy the people with money who take the risk in creating business to give people jobs or put taxes into the system to help pay benifits, i think it is that some people whether rich or poor, have not learned how to care.
