Entrancing
I think fantasy is as valid as reality in many ways... and often more productive... but then I would, wouldn't I?

Re:
Oh, dear, dear, I was trying to cheer you up with the other little poem, I thought that you seemed a bit sad. Yes I know what you mean, but it is only a pull from Nature and very cruel.

Hi John perhaps out of the ruins will be pulled the ancient Blogit discs and we shall be like the old nuclear age writers with our old computers who once strived to master a long forgotten art. We shall be loved then

Re:
Hi yellowrose I have seen you flitting around and I always feel obliged to read someone's work if they make a comment. I guess we cannot comment on everyone and sometimes I read and forget to leave a bookmark when I don't really know what to say and if the person is not getting any response. Thank you for your answer.

Re: fluff
Well Bob it is only poetry or verse but I like the word maven couldn't find it in the Shorter Oxford, so I assume it is American in origin.

I'd say go with those dreams CC and make those emotions known otherwise it would eat into one and end up being a regret. I have so experienced it. This is a very telling and outstanding poem CC, quite melancholic and poignant.
Thank you for stopping by and you seem a little down, cheer up my friend.

In response to your question I would say no. I think that we should all look at the bigger picture so to speak...I like how you used the word cream in this instance, adds a lot to the poem.

Thanks for your kind comments. but sometimes I think of Spinoza, who only wrote to a small circle of friends and never published, so no one knows how he got into the history books to be the predecessor of Kant.
Maybe small is just big enough to do what we do, and strive for the best within us. After all, who needs acclaim when alive when we'er just going to wind up to be dead?
And even if we reincarnated, we'd just have to begin where we are anyway. If I know, and you and Simone knows, why would that be enogh?
And even Emily Dickonson had to be postumously rediscovered.
So the reason for writing? Well that's what we choose to do. Hey, no body loves for no reason.

Holding back the screams might strengthen the fantasy, but the tears will come.

You really give the inner mind a jolt with your creative writing CornCrake, admittedly I'm not always with you....

But I always enjoy what you write.

Ok I will tell you. No. One shouldn't do that. What a smart write. Very intelligent. But only within the mind of Corncrake!
