An anarchical element of the United States Constitution
is that Congress was never given power over immigration. Hence, it is constitutionally impossible for someone to be in this country illegally. And that is the power of deceit that the Democrats have used to create a subservient populace in Latinos as they had before in people with dark skin. Get people believing that they have no legal standing and you can control them.
