I've been out and about and missed reading you
and I'm so sorry to read about your doggie's ordeal. I hate seeing an animal suffer, and I hope he and you are back to normal -- or normal enough -- that your journey and exploration go extra perfectly to make up for the aggravation. Take care, Naut.

I missed yesterdays post so went back and read it.....Jag has been such a
sick puppy dog and may have some bad days even yet ...good news that the vet is pleased with him....I wonder if you could give him his medication by injection....good luck both of you

My gosh....you're really having a time of it, aren't you?! I prescribe painkillers crushed in peanut butter for both of you.....lots of them...chased by scotch....I don't care what the docs say about mixing chemicals and booze....I love the mix myself, makes me forget all my pain! Seriously, sounds like things are turning a corner for the better and I hope that's true.....I'll be thinking of you both....travel safe and keep your hands away from sharp teeth.
