This is all very interesting. I am happy for your daughter. The stuff about customer service, etc., is true I have been dealing with them for days now and it is so incredible. I am sorry about your son. Maybe he needs to speak with a counselor or someone about what is going on and how it feels for him to get back into his daily life.
