Heat stroke is nothing to play around with. And yes, you should have drank water!!! Consider yourself reprimanded!!! LOL......As Taps said....."we don't need no stinkin' heat stroke"

I think you shouldn't overdo the walking dsm, it sounds that way to me..can really be a burn-out. I can understand the worry about the kids with all the racket going on everywhere. Thanks so much for the visit and comment.

It sounds awful out there... I hope it gets better and cooler. HEre in South Florida its in the 90s but with a nice breeze and today was sunny for the first time in three days... We needed the rain so I am not complaining. Be well Ds and keep drinking that water :-) xoxoxo

I'm waiting for cooler weather for walking outdoors. In the meantime, I'm doing a bit of exercises in front of the TV. I have to do mild ones though as people live below me and I don't want anyone to hear a bunch of thudding. I could go to the workout room, but I have avoided that since the treadmill ran away with me and injured me a couple of years ago.
