Re:
Lustorlove - I remember growing up with that song playing on the radio and I think it was Frank Sinatra and there was another by a lady - I cannot remember. Thank you for the visit.

shobana, this really is beautiful how you've combined a beautiful
song with an equally beautiful poem written right from your heart.

..very special.

I believe this is awesome imagery with an exquisite message! It does begin inside, and I think that you are very correct there is someone to help a fallen one on their way! Love you, too my Shobana! Your sam

I just found it on the internet under "7 O'clock News/Silent Night" described but not performed - an artful overlay of a news report ("Richard Speck...")and the Christmas carol that you have to hear to believe - it leaves you stunned and breathless. I guess you need the Simon & Garfunkel recording.

If you've never heard or read Simon and Garfunkel's "The Seven o'Clock News", trust me, it's worth the trip. I still don't know if it's art or not, but it knocks me speechless each time I hear it. It's very much like your poem - only
different.
