Thank God for that army, but as for the second, I have two problems.  The first is the lousy memory that should
be keeping me more regular with the insulin and metformin.  The second is that I'm up against the toughest opponent I've ever had - my forgetful and self-indulgent self.  I'm evening the playing field but finding it tough,
especially when I've been good but the damn blood sugar spikes or drops for no apparent reason.  When I go out these days, I now have to pat my pockets for wallet, keys, cell phone, insulin, glucose tablets, handkerchief, and whatever else I need to get to point B.  "What! Are you complaining again?" -"Nah, I LIKE it that way!" Thanks for the visit!  Be well.

As for being a "good" diabetic -- I think the hard part is turning your mind to forming the good habits, and learning to think of the dangerous eats as poison.

Do you know what I think Bob. Well she just serves the same type of meal to everyone and she's so nice no one likes to mention her small mistakes. Good poem BOB enjoy your meal.
