I would probably be a homebody for awhile. A couple of years after my husband retired, he told me he was so busy, he didn't know how he managed everything while he was working. I think you just have more time to do the things you want to do and that can be a lot or a little!

Retirement can be a mixed bag. My grandmother loved  being a homebody. I know others who go nuts around the house. I think that once you are retired you will see how you feel and either like being a homebody or will come up with things to do.

It is a bit of a put down though....dog day.....now work like a cat day
would be good as I watch Mr. Graysome snooze the day away........may even join him.
