Obviously I've made a great impact on some.
The one of which you are speaking, I think was pretty put upon for a response.
Of course we do have control over our responses...but I think anything less than the response that was given would have been unacceptable to the other party...and who wants to ruffle those feathers, right?

Dear Sunny,
I noticed the backbiting of which you speak. Was pretty disappointed to see someone who I thought had a bit of reason and decency involved - being so divided; here and everywhere bothers me a great deal and whenever I think a bridge over differences can be met upon, I swallow my negativity and make an effort to do so. But more often than not, it's not a halfway point, not even close. Sigh..
Anyway, this an awesome and right on response, especially the last stanza!..:)
