it sure is the down side and there is always a lovely patient who gets
intoyour heart and then it becomes really tough....but as you say your job is also full of pleasant, very worthwhile moments when you know that it is more than just a pay check.

gracenhope, I know i had that experience when I performed at the nursing hime my aunt was at, one Sat. per month for 20 years. Every time I went back one of my biggest fans was gone. Sad.
