I suppose you don't have to wash Bob just use soap. I know thats not very intelligent and I used to have a chemistry set, but I never thought this situation would arise and John has beaten me to it. I am a poor loser.

Because it is as much moisture as the air can hold without condensation. Any bit more down here and we have fog, or above and it rains and, if uniformly 100% around the clouds, we get it in sheets.
