Times are tough...and everyone, regardless, deserves a fair shake at opportunity. I believe now America has caught up with how it has been for sometime in other parts of the world, all generations of one family living under the same roof.

years ago.....once the wages are lowered it takes forever to improve the situation for little people like us again.

I know in Baltimore City the City Council is trying to get a living wage bill passed that would require big companies to pay the living wage (which has been figured to be $10 and some change).
The link you provided showed me a lot about companies that will hire felons. I never thought about the fact that smaller firms will be inclined to hire one.

It is very difficult to live on one paycheck and I can't imagine trying to make ends meet with minimum wage or a few bucks more! Just very difficult! sam
