Wouldnt' it be better if we actually had a government that was concentrating on eliminating the need for unemployment compensation by prompting real job growth in the private sector instead of the public sector?

Regarding spelling of Middle Eastern words. Clothing, religious terms, etc.
I am sure that MANY, MANY words spoken or spelled in the English language, are strange, tongue-twisting sounds, to foreign ears, just as we find many of theirs to be, to our ears. I know that I cannot, and probably never will be able to even come close to knowing the proper spelling and the pronunciations of Mid-Eastern (Muslim?) words, (for the want of a better term.)  As an example of this difficulty, I always wonder, is it spelled "burka, bhurka, burkah, or burqah? Is it Al Quida, Al Kieda, El Queida, El Kabong or Al QuGore?" Just kidding here, folks.
Please do not think that anything that I write or I say, about the peaceful, devout Muslim people, is ever meant to be disrespectful of their beliefs, or of their devout exercise of their Muslim religion, I mean no disrespect at all. I am only trying to verbally illustrate just how strange and difficult everyone finds it to be, attempting to accept the cultural differences without extreme discomfort, genuinely trying hard to be open-minded on either side of the huge divide, between any two essentially different cultures.
Any and all people who consider the sincere offering life-sustaining food and drink, honorable respect and protection from all harm, to be their DUTY, automatically and sincerely offering the hospitality of home and hearth, treating a beleaguered traveler as though this uninvited, (probably unwanted) guest is equal to a beloved family member, any stranger in need, if they find themselves in need of help, well ANY such a generous and honorable people, have my utmost respect and full admiration.
I would hope that I could be equally as generous, as the followers of Allah are, even to be duty bound to treat someone who I might even dislike or distrust, with unfailing respect, were our respective positions reversed. This would be very hard for me to do, and all people who can do this, have earned my heartfelt admiration and respect.
I admit that I struggle daily, to overcome deep-seated prejudices against all who are so fundamentally DIFFERENT from me and mine, as I recently admitted, to the whole world in a reply, only a day or two ago. I am ashamed that this is still a real mental struggle for me, and I know that it shouldn't be, if I am sincere, and I AM.
If only everyone could and would, take a step forward, extending the hand of friendship to others, we may actually evolve into the kind of beings who have and deserve the chance to survive, instead of giving in to hatred............... IF ONLY!
