Everyone is equal...how true, Ash!
One of my past Metaphysics courses was on Anger Management.
It enabled me to understand why I have some of the reactions that I do. Even to pinpoint where (when) in my life I might have developed the reaction.  Very helpful.

Perhaps it is better to stay neutral until one is sure of the right decision Ash. Only wondering.

Its almost impossible not to form a partial judgment of another person after meeting them only briefly. if we reflect on our emotions, then the picture gets clearer.

The most fascinating part is learning to understand one's own reactions.
If I can begin to understand my own reactions, I can begin to direct them in the way I would rather that they go.
