My Goodness Sam, how horrible!
I don't think I'd like to live there. I love our summer storms too much, especially at night. I'm probably strange, but things are so peaceful during the storm. At least till the kids jump in my bed, afraid the electric is going to go out. lol

I can relate to this one! We just finished a severe thunderstorm watch! Luckily it went north and south! I like the thunder and the lightning strikes, but the desert is too dry! The sage brush is like tinder! And three homes were lost to a sage brush fire in the suburbs today! The canyon near my daughter's home was on fire last week! Just crazy! sam
