Ah the memories come flooding in...
when I was a whole lot of younger, I would travel to another town within the seams of this corn-belching state to visit a sister of my mother's...this particular auntie had a small dog and a very large red parrot...she kept the chubby parrot in its cage and the dog in the back yard...I never saw any food for the humongous bird anywhere...my auntie's back yard was always spotless. Always. Pass the salt. Please?
