This rings a bell - makes me think of Tennyson's "Ulysses" and of the time I decided to try parasailing (it was fun!). Like karaoke or getting up to try a new dance. I DON'T always rise to the challenge, but your poem gets it right!

In order for us to maximize our potential and to get the most we can out of life going out into the world and putting forth our most energy is most definitely the way to go! Very important it is for us to remember and if we do not remember to be reminded.
