A travesty indeed..
Shirley Sherrod lived through monumental struggles due to racism, but she overcame through education and hard work. She became a beacon of awareness and determined advocate for farmers of all skin color. She didn't deserve this manipulation and slander and our country doesn't deserve these attempts to further divide and dissolve the gains so painfully made. My two cents - good post, Yellowrose, Thank you.

I thought the issue was with the NAACP! She didn't do all she could to help a farmer and in my eyes that is wrong, no matter the color of the skin! sam

It's amazing the tactics some will use in order to get an agenda across. These types of tactics only serve to hurt people and do nothing to help that agenda when the idiots get exposed.
