Sinome, Oh, he is separated but not legally divorced. He could get the paperwork turned in but it would take 6 months. Her ardent love sent him grasping at straws.

I know... you said he got her married to another guy to get her out but what I was wondering is why he himself did not marry her... after all if they were in love and all... and if I know women she must have wondered the same thing... and thus she stayed with the one that did marry her ...wow this is complicated loll... that sounds like a good read....the oldman willgoone day...unless they
bring out look alikes for the next 50 years. Once the American tourists flood the place...demanding up grades everywhere at least in the tourist spots and bring their lovely dollars...people will demand change I am sure.It is human to want what other people have.

Sounds like an interesting book :-) I will read it and get back to you but I must confess that like Ariala I came wanting to know who had fallen inlove... I assume is you with this book... right? or is it the Canadian-American that rather than marrying the girl he loved had her marry a stranger? As I said I have not read the book but why did he do that? No wonder she stayed married with the other guy loll... Anyway I will read it ...xoxoxo
