It's amazing the amount of turnover I see at different businesses I visit. There seems to be a whole new cast of characters at some places every week! I think more talking to's should be done myself just like you.

UMM DARLING....... when I was nursing....the hospital rules state that
sleeping, consuming alcohol,abusing a patient and stealing are grounds for instant dismissal. Even on night duty...no sleeping, some ones life may depend on your integrity as an employee on duty.

I am sorry about your daughter and her friend getting fired... I guess there are so many looking for jobs that employers do not care if they lose an employee... they can always get another. I am sure something else will turn up for your daughter... I am keeping my fingers crossed for her :-) xoxoxo
