In fact the most difficult penance is to be able to put a stop to the craving of the tongue. Taste is something too absorbing. Thanks Kabu

The kind of effort the ancient Hindus put in the realization of the self was absolutely mind- boggling and the truths they discovered is a proof of every word being true in the Gita.

sometimes where foodis concerned I need to be very controlled ...seriously......my body will demand food it doesn't need and I have to put my inner self beyond the temptation...not physically but spiritually. We are working towards eccepting nourishment that we need rather than what we want.
