I instantly thought of the Oregon Trail, all those wagons so many years ago! And in some areas the ruts can still be seen! And of this caravan it also made me think how long it might take the dust to clear to enjoy the vistas! Another superb write! Just awesome imagery that leads the reader on, wonderful gift, indeed! sam
