You're not the only one...I've seen some crazy things happen with banking. I thought online would make it easier (which it has), but at the same token online banking has brought about problems as well.

computers aren't the Gods that they are supposed to be.....people seem to forget that if an error is put into a computer it will act on it...and then try to blame the customer. Good luck darlin'.
