There is one point on which I feel I must disagree with you, Janey. It is not God who allows these things to happen, but we ourselves. God simply shows us the consequences of our actions, good and evil. Still, I respect your feelings and as always, I welcome and apprecitate your visits to my blog. Be blessed my friend.

Your honest posting makes me admit, I'm with you. So many senseless acts of violence that take a life and leave loved ones to try to go on. All I know is, regardless of the unknowns of why God allows it to happen, it's impossible to be a loved one and move forward without God, at least for me and my family.

Both incidents are sheer disasters. Man-made disasters, the worst kind IMO.
