Well, Naut, you already know that I am 100% behind Spain! VIva Espana! But can someone tell me why on earth are the people living in Netherlands, Holland, Pays Bas (all 3 names for the same country!) called Dutch? I mean, they already have 3 names for their country, why a fourth for their country-men?

I don't know if this is truth but I heard at a party I attended tonight that the Germans lost the game on purpose to get back at their owners because they had disrespected Ballak. Two of the Spanish players were overheard asking themselves what was the matter with the Germans that they were just toying with the ball. The German players did not like the new guy the management had placed in Ballak's place and Ballak himself left the games and returned to Germany before the match with Spain because of that. I suggested that the players would not do such a thing because they stood to lose lots of money but they told me they are all loaded and do not care about the money... its a matter of saving face ... go figure loll

Nautikos - I read about the octopus, how intriguing is that! I really enjoyed your write-ups on the World Cup..you did a wonderful job of it and>>I just don't care who wins anymore !!!I mean how many losings can one take..lol.

I remember reading about the two brothers not talking. I wonder if they will ever make up...I wonder if that octopus can pick lottery numbers.
