The main problem I would think would be the noise level rising  when a patient voices started to argue over whose turn it was to take a puff

Yesterday, first time in years I've seen this,
a guy in a faded, oft-washed Joe Camel tee shirt was just ahead of me in the checkout line at Lowe's. And he had a pack of cigs in his breast pocket, along with his sunglasses. He looked about my age, but was probably around 50 or 55, white hair, neatly trimmed beard, smoker's squint. He was in a bit of a jittery hurry, too, there'd been a holdup in the line a minute earlier, something about a price check and some credit card confusion.

Who wasn't using proper screens? Patients or staff? (And what is considered a 'proper' screen?)

Nautikos - LOL.. the bathroom without screens reminded me of the ones in the hostels in Cuba and hence my daughter stays in a private lodging..lol. Smokers do try though, anyplace - anywhere.

Thank you for the visit and I noticed the emphasis on the anklet. They are cute for sure but those days they were to mark women in bondage. These days they are fashion!
