The Anklet
You can almost hear the music play in your wonderful poem. It reminds me of an Arabian dance.

Beautiful Shobana...I envisioned a belly dancer or gypsy.

In a life drawing class I took years ago a belly dancer came in and danced and posed while we did quick sketches.

Anklet
Nicely portrayed Shobana. One can feel the young lady passing, joining the dance and enjoying the result. The bells creating The vision.

I loved this poem, and I always wear an anklet.....can't believe I've never written about them....especially since I often write about dancing! I may have to write about one soon, I'll credit your inspiration if I do! I loved the rhythm in your words and the imagery....wish it had gone on longer.
