You bring joy whenever you come. 'Tat Twam Asi (that you are)' is such a great assertion. I am happy that I could make these easy on the understanding. Ukda yeh sanam mujhe aaj khula tu aur nahi main aur nahi....yse, all differences vanish, Very well said . This is fine understandig.

Overly religious is also a sort of bandage. It is best to ramain in the middle and keep thses teachings in the mind as seed. Sow them only when the need arises and enjoy its fruits. . thanks dost.

Re: I LIKE THE CONCEPT OF STARTING WITH BREATHING....VERY MUCH
Yes, one small step at a time. I will one day start on this concept how breathing can be the flywheel to set everytning else into motion. The first requirement is indeed to keep the temple of our bodies healthy and strong. Thank you Kabu.

I LIKE THE CONCEPT OF STARTING WITH BREATHING....VERY MUCH
WHAT THE SCIENCE OF NURSING TEACHES...CONTROL OF BREATHING IS SUCH A STARTING POINT FOR CONTROL OF SELF DISCIPLINE.......BUT OF COURSE THESE TEACINGS ARE VERY DIFFICULT AND I SUSPECT THE JOURNEY IS THE IMPORTANT ASPECT THAT WE MORTALS WITH ALLOUR FAULTS SHOULD TAKE THE COURAGE TO BEGIN. ONE SMALL STEP AT A TIME.

To me sam, you are the most willing learner and that in itself is a great quality. Sin happening unknowingly is not to be bothered at all. 'I do nothing, all doing is His', just to genuinely feel so, deeply, is good enough. Remember God accepts neither virtue nor sin, I find it revolutionary. Yes, the practices are difficult and today hardly anyone will venture to undertake them, but all these are result-orinted. Someone tries simple breathing practices for a few days, in about two months time he/she gets a resonant voice. Then comes the little faith and grows. Why don't you try out some of these for  your migraines? And many thanks Shelly.

It almost seems shameful that I try to live my life not being overly sinful nor overly religious! The commitment is mind boggling to me but what a great reward for any one who can attain it! I suspect we should strive for it but many would never succeed, but that doesn't mean to not try! I wish I had the mindset for it but it seems so difficult to comprehend let alone master! Shelly
