Pat-B
The creepies across the road from us have been trying to sell their house for yonks, and two months back they did - we thought. They moved out and the new - couple with pre-teen - moved in. They were there for all of a weekend before they moved out. They hadn't got a mortgage, and the previous owners were still the owners.
It turns out - he says - that they were only renting an apartment uptown to see if they liked it, and he hated it; can't park your boat outside your back door in an apartment. She likes it. They are now shuttling back and forth and probably counting the money as it drains away. Be careful Pat.

That's why I never feel the slightest urge to move even a footstool...
But I completely agree with Wiley on that renting business. If I couldn't afford to own a house, I'd rather be a tramp...

Patlove have you ever been evicted.....it is the most degrading
horrible experience.....things change,,,in my case it allhad to do with the owners Granddaughter. Ownership means safety...but take your time...put your house on the market ....bridging lones can cost a fortune. Like adhnor, wish I could help.

I'll take owning instead of renting any day, Pat-B, even if it means more work. I have this feeling that renting is not in your immediate future....If I was closer I'd go help you move, LOL!
