Re: FSI
I think we have a lot in common, except I'm about 30 years older and a woman. I hope this comment doesn't embarrass you!

Re: kabu

Dear Kabu, if you read my post today it will answer some of your questions. I think she took 2 test tubes of blood and sent it to the lab. I haven't been taking any expensive medicines, only some good vitamins. I try not to take medicines, unless I have to! I forgot to mention in my post that my liver and kidney function was fine.

Going to the natureopath is helping me to have a better diet. (I'm glad she's not a vegetarian). I have been quite undisciplined in the past, so this has been helping me a lot.

Thank you for your concern.

after reading that poem I have to give you an honest comment dear

First how much blood did the Naturopath take.......enough to do pathology on or just a tiny amount? It is the Naturopaths interest to find health and diet problems and charge you for expensive medications that may be destructive to your kidney's or liver.....be too small amounts to be of use or you eliminate as waste because the body doesn't need them.

It is easy to work out your own healthy diet.....any dietitians office will have pamphlets for free with the correct food groups.

Then you should have proper lab tests done for blood work.....otherwise it is just guess work. If you use Natural medicine and a healthy diet with your GP'S knowledge and working with your GP. then you have a good balance. As a nurse I can't give you better advice for your physical and mental health.

Mother Theresa had some wise words...Like you I tend to look and expect the worst with every possible negative situation.

The good Mother was much wiser than her leaders

Also do not be afraid to have a good sleep, a good cry or both together.  Stress in itself can make you tired, so don't rule that out as at least a contributing factor to your lethargy.  Be comforted by that.  Always remember to listen to your body.

Some very wise words! I will be praying for you! And try not to worry about the test results!  I am sure it can be corrected! sam
