Oh well, it seems that a lot of people still have misplaced preconceived ideas about beer, specially German Bier, which are not in any way "a lower sort of drink"! I must contest these last centuries ideas! Dunkles Bier is a good an alcoholic drink as any! Jah! But about Lager...they might have a point there...

Naut, yep, it sounds like they've been in the lager just a bit too much
or that cough syrop that has more alcohol in it than some of Walkers cordials....

I don't like beer either.  And, I don't like the smell of it on someone else's breath.
Do you have any idea how much lager a baby elephant can drink?

I don't like beer .....but Europeans were extremely efficient at polluting
their water so they had to drink something else or die....
