I know what you mean about the bureaucrats. In teaching and in college I had to deal with a ton. They can suck the positive energy out of a person!

and steal the money anyway.....love this I do know....everyone everywhere wants to steal your money with taxes on top of fees on top of penalties on top of an overall tax.
