I wouldn't recommend getting all dressed up and finding a handyman, Pat. He would probably only find your purse handy after promising to turn up and fix something. But definitely get that tree/shrub pruned - to the ground if you can.

I certainly know of the problems of owning property, and dislike them intensely! It's just that I hate paying rent even more...

Living those property problems too, Pat-B. Fortunately my youngest son lives close enough to help out now & then (I just save the jobs up for his visits, LOL). Not so sure about the handy-man shopping...would it be worth putting up with him after? Maybe better to save the pennies....

I remember those owning-property days. It wasn't for me.
But, I'm glad the old house remained in the family for another 20+ years
after I turned it over to son. It was fun to visit them and see what they were doing to keep it up.
