It's unfortunate when that happens. I know some places will do a limited menu, but that place went a little beserk!

All I know is, it's the poorest who seem to pay for this recession. Our government is now - predictably - clawing back benefits from the poorest in society in order to save money. All wrong, in my opinion.

Greed
it seems like most all the companies and resturaunts are raising their prices because they nhave to cover all their expenses, it is like a snowball effect, their suppliers raise prices to cover expenses and it rolls down hill/LB

absolute greed but it doesn'tpay becuase people do look for value and then
they try somewhere else ....I spent years in Sydney trying different eating places and would move on from a favourite if the meal wasn't up to scratch or if the prices had become crazy. There are a couple of places in Sydney where you have to book 2 years ahead....I would never eat at a place like that......you are just eating money and hoping to be seen or to see someone famous......so what. is what I say, lol
