When I get to bed at 1:00 a.m. I am NOT an early riser either! Usually I get up by 7:30 on normal days.

Kudos to you for going to an exercise class. Once you get a routine your body will get used to it...Sounds like it's going to be a summer of weddings.

Enjoy yourlate shift....a Gym would kill me off...I prefer my garden
where I get a work out but at my pace and I get to watch flowers grow.
