Pat re your comments at my blog....I so wanted tolive in town next to the
beach with more girls to play with.....now I laugh when the experts suggest eating and living the way that we had to....yes fresh air and fresh food...more meat than you I believe but to kill a chicken for a Sunday roast was a big occassion. Mother spent her life in her garden,her poultry and helping Dad.

People like it if you can laugh at yourself......it makes them more
