Re: Re: break a leg
Thanks! Trouble is, I think I'm still 39, but my eyesight, speed, and sense of bodily balance is all of 75, so these days every time there's a blackout between scenes I find new meaning in the sentiment "break a leg"!. Oh yes, senility kicks in still again when we go out for beer afterwards! I get a "buzz" too fast and have to say goodnight to my compadres (most of them 30-somethings) while the night is still young. Thank God I still have that much sense.
Again, thanks for your wish - I appreciate it after all these weeks of n;ot blogging.

Re: General
PreCISEly!!!! Dressup hasn't been this much fun since my first cowboy suit! After my first scene I make a quick change into fatigues. soft cap, boots, glasses, and dogtags. Then I switch back for one more go at being a general....and after that, it's fatigues again with a black knit watch cap. All this even though though the show requires 26 actors already - some of whom double just like I do (one girl, Kelly, is a nurse, a dietician, and a congresswoman!)
I think I"m getting too old for this stuff. How're YOU doing?

Re: What a blast to be involved with! I know you'll be
hI! "Wringing" may be the right word - the words just aren't coming any more.
i sat down several times trying to write a simple parody based on the MASH theme music, but I keep coming up empty. A fellow actor I mentioned the idea to liked the idea and wrote his own version. It is pretty lame stuff, i'm afraid - no rhythm to match the music at all. A former stand-up comic, he's lively and zany and likeable, but not a good versifier. Oh well. How are you? Keep everyone honest till I get back. Love, Bob

What a blast to be involved with! I know you'll be
wringing poems out of this as soon as you have time to catch your breath.
