I've known people, who deal with Charley horses. Not fun!!!!!
The working conditions at Sears do not sound one bit ideal from what I have read in this post and in your previous ones related to your workplace.

Most of the time it is a lack of Potassium in your system that does that; however, that is not something to fool around with yourself. Too much or too little is dangerous. See a doctor if this continues.

lustorlove, I can't help but think, at our age, that it has something to do with the kidneys. Is your water OK? Ours in DsM is lethal.
