Kabu, you are too kind. i'm experiencing success on this job because i had a fabulous trainer who taught me bit by bit, after making sure i could see the big picture! it was a perfect match of trainer / trainee styles of working and thinking.

36 years...my friend ...you are burnt out.....36 years.... so many changes so many rules this year don't apply next, and always in trouble with parents, superiors ...and as you say children with little interest in the great gift of learning that they are being offered....the new job would be beyond me too so I admire your capability to undertake that as well.Good luck and God Bless.
