I bet they're cute.
My two youngest boys are so blond that red dye would probably turn their hair pink. The oldest has taken to wearing a fedora though, so maybe he'll mess with hair dye to go with the new look. Could be fun :)

Straightforward
This all came about because our old son's best friend dyed his hair. We also have some good friends who have dyed all their girl's hair various colors. In a generation or two I really think no one will think twice about kids running around with hair of all colors. It really is no big deal and our society is as always, headed in a much more liberal direction were such trivial issue will become meaningless before you know it

Are you old enough to remember the movie "The Boy With Green Hair"? When his hair overnight becomes green, he is rejected by the community. Of course that probably wouldn't happen now days, but one never knows.

My hair is still undyed. Dark brown with lots of traces of gray everywhere.
If I joined in, I would go for green I think. Red just wouldn't work for me.
