Yesterday was the birthday of my second born child, a boy who was killed by a drunk driver, himself. He was the second child I lost. Did I lose my faith in God, not on your life. If God was someone like people who took others then maybe, but he is God I am human. I shall not give up my life and faith because another died. Hopefully a soft please forgive was uttered before that last breath, then he is in Heaven, a second there is far greater than one million years here. Who would want to bring anyone back into this world. I am sorry about your daddy and brother but get a grip God loves them, he loves you and nobody has life eternally here and only those who are living in faith have it anyway. You must be reborn to live eternally, please do not reject God, that is the best you can achieve, nothing else really matters. The work is beautiful. You have so many talents, so much love and care for others but none of that matters without God, go back to him!

This is really profound. Heart-aching loss, but such a strong and deep faith.

Sometimes it is in those first few moments we are awake, those first few minutes after having left our dreams, that we are able to best look into our soul.  Superb and moving work D... xoxoxo

Yeah, I can't explain why this stark assessmet escaped from me this morning, I'd only been awake a few minutes.  I guesss this me say what I usually say about my life but more lighthearted:  "I have no life, but I'm ok with that".  Johns are JFK, Daddy and brother.

An intensely emotional poem. The heartache in this poem is just incredible.
