Hi BC-Researchers have found that tea revs up you metabolism there for you burn more calories, is good for cholestrol and blood pressre. Those the main things that researchers have found with drinking teas also green tea./LB

I wonder if decaffeinated works LB or is it the caffeine that is the magic ingredient because I always buy the former and I wonder if tea bags stain the cups more than tea brewed in a tea pot?

I try to drink 5 cups of green tea everyday! Good luck with upping the count, it is so tasty, too! sam
