When I was in Turkey. My relatives swore by their Turkish coffee. Before Starbucks invaded their small town, they swore by their dark and bitter Turkish coffee. So I embellished and would take the heavy cream, boil it to rid it of any pesticides because it was straight from the cow, and then froth it. And I had a cafe au lait.
