I would be frightened, too! I don't understand speeding, so many lose their lives so needlessly! I thought it was poignant that you presented it across the board with the type that would be speeding! It makes no sense that law enforcement would not crack down on these offenders! We get nailed in the States at every move! The extortion by the offender was too much, the nerve of some people! sam
