Re: Corncrake
Of course you are Fem, I always think of you running up and down ladders giving your instructions. Always nice to hear from you.

Re:
Hi Shobana, I wouldn't want that second poem to leak out. There is a Nursing Home just up the road. I think on reflection, Oh, never mind, Birds are quite smart sometimes. Anyway a thing of beauty is a joy forever, someone stole that before I could say it. Thank you, be happy.

Wow, CORNCRAKE
Both are EXCELLENT! I loved the word arrangement and the cadence with which it becomes a gripping read, and the fun of the second when the lines in women turn into beauty and the mirror cannot tell. Kudos!

Wow...that first poem, a walk alone... yes, is so fulfilling. And your second one....so very true. Love the depth of your writing.

The first one reads like the dream that woke me this morning
I had wandered into a country best left covered in the sands of time
The second one I agree with completely I am proud of my life lines.

It is true when we venture into our minds we travel into unknow places but when we look again we realize we do have control and go on.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and maturity for I know is the looking glass of what I see in my mirror of lifes experiences..No more dark hair for me only gray matter abounds but I still am pretty inside..
Loved your story poems Mr MB . Fema

The second poem is just beautiful CC and very true but most don't appreciate the lines I'm afraid. It is lovely to walk into that expanse of your mind sometimes, you will be surprised at what you may find. Thanks so much for your visit and you know CC, the birds are talking right now and it is definitely as you say, who catches the first worm.

Re: Sam
The sun came out today the second day of warmth. I think it is O.K to plant here now.Picked some Straws in the greenhouse and gathered young potatoes out of pots. Yes you will need a greenhouse again when you move. I take it you are not raising a complaint. Good

I could so relate to the silence being intense! And I loved this so much for in it is great truth:
Do not demean yourself, walk tall.
The mirror really cannot show
the beauty that it does not know.
BTW, there is still snow on the mountain but it is at 5,000 feet! I can see it from the valley! I am nearly finished planting though! Are you all planted for the season? sam
