All this floors me, including the way in which you toss out, in a 'by-the-way way', similar to tossing out some old clothes, the fact that your bio-Dad tried to actually kill your sister...And this is sooo well told, it really does belong in a book...

MandaLee

I enjoy the occasional trip to the thrift store myself!

Bless your heart for your validation. You have no idea how much I needed that this morning. Perfect, perfect timing, Manda!

Darson,

I will enjoy tossed out treasures at the thrift store later. I agree with you. God does not expect us to foolishly allow ourselves to be hurt repeatedly, even by our, "relatives." Take care of yourself and your family.

I need you to come over and get rid of things that I really should get rid of instead of clinging onto. That is great you were able to take such a big leap and get rid of those items.

TAPS
Ha ha ha that's a good thing, TAPS. I generally do not like to lose family or friends, if I can help it. It saddens me when that seems to be a necessity for the time being, anyway. As for the other things? There will be people blessed by your generosity and I congratulate you whole-heartedly. I'm off to do the same thing in my closet. Good bye, skinny shorts! Hello, stretch waiste-band! Comfort at last!!!

It's a good day for tossing.  You have inspired me.
Since I'm going very near to the Salvation Army thrift shop,
I'm going to take them a bundle.
Right off hand, I can't think of any people I want to get rid of.
