National Food Chains Are Dangerous!

Jack-in-the-Box:  national food chain

Taco Bell:  national food chain

Red Lobster: national food chain

The lesson here is to eat at locally owned restaurants which prepare all of their own food or get additional items from local and personally known food preparers, e.g. a local bakery.

Or one of you can invite the others to their home.

Re: I will join you with a cup of tea
I occasionally have a cup of hot black tea. Tea is comforting in a way that coffee is not.

Re: dsm
I limit myself to two cups a day now. After that it is water and an occasional glass of sweet iced tea-a Southern specialty!

dancin grandma

R Be careful of the lobsters. My mother died from colitis. Otherwise the choir music makes for a great time love. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

Something seems to have definitely gone down at the Red Lobster...That is so great to read about how your daughter is immersing herself more into the church life.
